Looking to establish a series of restaurants reminiscent of the early century diners, The Stand was created with the goals of providing a comfortable space, sincere hospitality, and honest food.
The combination of materials, and careful planning of the interior space with attention to how the customer would travel through the space, were strong drivers in the execution of this project.
Hotdogs, sausages, burgers, chicken - we tried them all . . . but our favorite feature of the space - the pickle bar.
